1. Online content
1.1. Georg Haupt Bekleidungswerke GmbH (hereinafter “Author”) accepts no responsibility for the validity, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided.
1.2. Liability claims against the Author relating to material or intellectual damages caused by the use or failure to use the information provided or by the use of erroneous and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded insofar as there is no proof of the Author’s intentional or grossly negligent fault.
1.3. All offers are subject to confirmation and are non-binding. The Author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the sites or the entire presence or to temporarily or permanently cease publication without special announcement.
2. References and links
2.1. In the case of direct or indirect links to third-party websites (“hyperlinks”) which are outside the Author’s area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only then come into effect insofar as the Author is aware of the contents and has the technical possibilities to prevent the use of unlawful contents without undue burden.
2.2. The Author hereby expressly declares that no illegal contents were identifiable on the linked sites at the time of linking. The Author has no influence whatsoever on the current or future deign, contents or authorship of the linked/referenced sites. The Author therefore hereby expressly disassociates themselves from all contents of all linked/referenced sites which have been changed since linking.
This declaration applies to all links and references provided within the Author’s own web presence and to third-party entries in guestbooks, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and all other types of databases as installed by the Author which can be modified in writing by third-parties.
2.3. The provider of the referenced site bears exclusive liability for any illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages resulting from the use of or failure to use any information provided; the party which merely referenced the respective publication via linking cannot be held liable.
3. Copyright and trademark law
3.1. The Author shall make every effort to respect the copyrights of images, graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts, to use their own images, graphics, audio files, video sequences, or to make use of license-free graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts in all publications.
3.2. All trademarks and other marks declared within the online presence and where applicable protected by third-party rights are unrestrictedly subject to the conditions of the respectively applicable trademark law and the rights of the respective owner. A mere declaration does not lead to the conclusion that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights!
3.3. The copyright for published objects created by the Author themselves remains the sole property of the Author or the respective creators of the sites. The reproduction or use of such graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the Author.
4. Validity of this exclusion of liability
This exclusion of liability pursuant to preceding Items 1 to 3 is to be viewed as part of the online presence from which this page is linked. Insofar as parts or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer or do not entirely comply with valid legal requirements, the remaining parts of this document remain unaffected in their content and validity.
5. Online dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14.1 ODR Regulation:
The European Commission provides a platform for the resolution of online disputes, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are fundamentally not prepared to take part in such dispute resolution proceedings unless legal provisions, statutes or contractual agreements stipulate otherwise.
